2025 is looking promising for Pichelmann, contrary to the mood in the construction industry. The team has seen the commencement of two new projects in late '24 and the start of '25 for Pichelmann Custom Building crew - one being a new home in Turner in conjunction with Sonder Architects designed to allow the owners to Age-In-Place. the second being a complete apartment re-fit in Marcus Clarke Street's Capital Towers, designed to modernise the aging apartment into a modern masterpiece befitting its Acton location.
On the Pichelmann Maintenance & Minor Works side of the fence, the team has been working on an array of new projects including bathroom renovations, cladding replacement, double glazed window upgrades, and the teams specialty - solving complex building defects and water issues. The number ways this team solves problems and adds value for Canberra home owners continues to amaze us week in and week out!
On an in-house level, we have welcomed two new first yr apprentices into the fold, if you see Jack or Ethan around make sure to say hello! And the managerial team has been working away on making the Pichelmann an ever more enjoyable workplace to be a part of.
Looking forward, we have a number of new projects on the horizon, and the HIA Nation Awards in Melbourne in May so stay tuned to see if we come away with the top gong!"
