We having been living in our house for over 18months now and we love it more with every day.  We can’t imagine building a house with anyone other than Parry, Tom and Ryley.  They gave us peace of mind during the build, and that continues to this day, knowing that every unseen element was completed properly. 

They rebuilt our heritage home to a high contemporary standard whilst meeting heritage restrictions and maintaining the solid feel.  Our house has excellent thermal performance, is blissfully quiet and our energy bills are very reasonable.  They understood exactly what was needed to resolve drainage issues associated with the site, and the house is as dry as a chip.  We admire their craftsmanship every day.

Pichelmann Custom Building are people of integrity, lovely to work with and their billing process is completely transparent.  They also have excellent taste and suggested improvements on the design.  It is a joy to work with intelligent, meticulous craftspeople.
